Saint Mary’s Food Pantry / Thanksgiving Items Needed
The Saint Mary Food Pantry is asking for your help with donations for Thanksgiving. Here is a list of food items that are needed: pie crust, pie filling, yams, stuffing, turkeys, gravy, tea and coffee. No cranberry sauce, please. All donations are greatly appreciated! Please place all items in a bag and leave in the back of the church before or after Masses. Thank you!
The Food Pantry appreciates all that you do for those in need. Just a reminder though – please do not leave food on the rectory steps or porches. ALL food should be left in the back of the church or in St. Theresa's chapel. Also, please check expiration dates. We cannot distribute expired food and end up throwing it out. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
St. Mary's Pantry provides food, paper, and cleaning supplies to all in need.
Please help keep our pantry supplied through your donations of non-perishable food as well as paper and cleaning supplies.
On the first Saturday/Sunday of each month, your bag of donated supplies can be left at the back of our Church before or after Mass. If need be, you can also deposit bags on other weekends before/after Sunday Mass
You may also donate cash or checks. Your charity is used to purchase perishable items and/or food gift cards. There is a poor box at the back of our Church for this purpose. For checks, please make payable to St. Mary Church and place in the memo "For St. Mary's Food Pantry".
If you or someone you know is in need of food, Our Lady's Pantry is here to assist you. Food pick-up is every 4th Saturday from 8:30am - 10:am. Due to Federal regulations, we are required to have you sign up. Please know that the volunteers who work the Pantry keep your needs and requests in strictest confidence.
During November, we distribute the food on the 3rd Saturday before Thanksgiving. We do the same for the month of December.

Should you have an emergency need for food before our regular monthly pick-up, you can call 732-721-7418; someone will get back to you as soon as is possible.
